"Absolute disaster-class in business 101. 25 minutes in the drive thru because nobody could figure out a ladies mobile order all to finally get to the front of the line to receive two melted/overflowing blizzards with no napkins and a mess of a ride home (my new puppy chow ended being tossed — SAD). Won’t be back to this location. Do better. Edit: this place is back up and running it seems. It’s been great last handful of times. Just add your hours to google! Thanks and job well done."

"Just wanted to say the guy working at the register on the evening of 11/26 is fantastic. Obviously takes pride in his job. Happily helped out little ones figure out their food then made sure their food came the moment it was ready. Made multiple trips to come check on us while we ate (we were the only ones at the time but still appreciated) and made sure our dining experience was good. Also very knowledgeable when it came to ice cream time. Really appreciate someone who takes pride in what they do no matter what that job is."

"I placed a lunch order on the app and when I came through the drive through it was ready and hot with no wait!! It was wonderful! The lady at the window greeted me with a genuine happy smile and was very kind. I was having a rough day so it was such a blessing. I highly recommend. I will definitely be back."

"Was so impressed with the staff who kept the store open to feed our group of hungry basketball players after a junior college basketball game."

"They had a decent clean bathroom, bonus the floors were so slick we could ice skate. Employee saved peanut butter buster parfait and fries from near death. A fry stuck to the employee's shirt for quite a while - high entertainment value. The fry stayed on the shirt while the employee walked back and forth between the back kitchen and front register area. We would like to nominate the fry as the employee of the month - sincerely carpool from Kansas City"
